Adaptable Basic Quiche Recipe

Do you have a standard breakfast? We do here. I confess — I am an unswerving oatmeal eater for breakfast & Freddie - 2 over easy fried eggs plus a bowl of oatmeal, please.

Sometimes, I put eggs in a burrito for lunch with some salsa or kimchi. Yum!

And sometimes, we put eggs in a quiche for supper. And voila - a sophisticated & tasty egg supper. Put a fresh salad with it. Don’t forget Freddie’s Favorite Salad Dressing.

I use a very basic recipe and add to it as I want. You get to be creative! Make sure your meat and/or veggies are cooked & drained before adding. Hint, hint: leftover veggies work great here & your crew will never be the wiser!

Maybe pie crust holds you back — it need not! Buy a premade one from the grocery, or if you want a summer challenge, I’ve got it for you. Learn to make it! (Psst…it’s really not as hard as people like to claim but we won’t tell them.) Here’s a quick & easy tutorial over here.
